I have a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder SE. At around 85,600 miles, when we had only owned the vehicle for about 50 days, my 12 year old daughter slammed the back door when she got out of the car (she was used to closing our Ford Expedition doors). Apparently, the force broke a piece of the panel which got jammed in the door. Couldn't open the door. Learned they would have to remove and disassemble the door, which they said would be very costly so we drove around, crawling over the seat to the other door, for nearly 3 months before finally throwing in the towel and getting it fixed. Luckily, it only cost $50 to have them remove the piece of broken panel. Did not replace the piece and the door s working fine.
