My daughter has taken her Pathfinder to Nissan of Midland on 12 occasions. Four times they kept the car for an extended period and at one time they told her that they didn't know what was wrong and couldn't fix it. The air conditioner has not worked since the middle of summer. She has leased the vehicle, which is the third lease from the same dealer. They will not furnish her with a vehicle while they have her's. They tell her they will call her and do not call her back. They misplaced her keys on two occasions. I think for $500 per month to lease the vehicle they could fix the damn thing or give her another like vehicle. I am a co-signer on the lease and was present at all three leases and she was told each time that if the payments were kept current for one year they would put the lease in her name so she could build her credit. ALL THREE OF THESE SON-OF-A-BITCHES LIED. My next complaint will be filed with the Consumer Protection Agency, then file under the "lemon" law.
