A week before Christmas we packed the car with the kids and gifts for a trip to see family. My window breaks before we even leave the driveway! This car is BRAND NEW and I haven't even made a payment on it as of yet! We go to the dealership only to have them send us off with a "SORRY FOR YOU!" and a piece of folded PAPER that they stuck in the trim to hold up my window! They stated they would order the part but this would take until the following week. I asked "well what it it rains and so on?" I got more or less a yea that would stink! So we took our trip and had to borrow a garage for the duration to keep it from the elements and or theft! Of course having no rain the whole trip it does so on our return home and it pours! Then we get home to have it snow! Not only was I stressed, inconvenienced, and worried that this would damage the inside of my BRAND NEW $28,000 car! Its stressful enough during the holidays but to have to deal with this is insane! I wasnt offered any other solution other than them putting a piece of paper in the molding (which did not help whatsoever!) and that is completely unacceptable!
