Pathfinder LS 4.0L V6

within 1000 miles, brakes at times did not respond to a depressed pedal immediately. The ABS system would then respond and slow the vehicle. Vehicle was brought into a Nissan Service shop and they found no problem. The problem is very intermittent and seems to be less frequent as the vehicle becomes older.
