The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated that the front driver's side interior door handle no longer functioned as needed, and the door could not be opened from inside the vehicle. The driver had to roll down the window and use the exterior door handle to open the door. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 120,000.
