I was on a ride with my family in June 2017. I climbed a slope with my pathfinder. There was a vehicle in front of me. I braked because he stopped. He seemed to want to go back. So I start to retreat to give him space. I braked to stop falling back. But the brakes no longer responded. And my vehicle finished its race in the trees, near a fall. No one is hurt...Miracle.

interstate traffic was busy, I was 3 car lengths behind a vehicle, I noticed cars ahead of that vehicle breaking some, I slowed to about 63mph, then suddenly the car in front of me stopped completely, I stepped on the brakes, everything seem to lock down, I could not turn the steering wheel to try to get in the medium, we skidded like we were on ice and crashed into the car in front of me. I thought I had plenty of time to stop. Please see if there are similar complaints. thanks
