My husband and I purchased a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder with mileage of 8,000 miles in February, 2017. By April, we noticed that the right bumper had become unclipped from the vehicle. We took it in for a warranty check and was told that it was an insurance/collision issue. The collision shop was not convinced that it was a collision issue but was able to clip the bumper back into place. It has come undone three times since then and I was told today that it is a manufacturer's issue. I was told that there were at least 18 other vehicles on the lot with the same exact issue. Even the brand new vehicles have this problem.
The problem with this issue, first of all, is that it looks bad. Secondly, when you are driving on the interstate it causes the worst vibration sound and is very annoying. Hopefully Nissan comes up with a solution soon.
