We have had this problem multiple times. It has froze while talking on Bluetooth with someone and while driving and using the navigation tools etc. It has not been a huge deal except while talking to someone over the Bluetooth it stopped transmitting over the screen and left the phone running. We had to shut off the vehicle both times and start it back up and it seemed to fix the issue. The first time this happened it did it approx. 3 times 5 minutes apart and than finally the last time we pulled over and re started the vehicle it stayed running. That was a huge pain since we were using the navigation tool and we were lost.
