Pickup 2.4L

You go to take off and once you get started the rear end hops until you get going so fast then it stops and doesn't do it again until you go to take off again iv'e replaced the hanger bearing and that still didn't fix my problem i don't know what else to check without pulling the whole drivetrain apart
