Qashqai Ntec+ 1.6L

Clear film on entire front bonnet and above the bumper is peeling off!! Car is only 1 year old with 10,000 miles its unbelievable. Went to my local Nissan garage and despite repeated phone-calls and a case reference being opened with their customer service team, I'm sat here 6 weeks later still with nothing as to how they're going to fix it! Starting to get more than a little angry.

Car is clearly very much under warranty and this is a serious paintwork defect. Do I take legal action or wait even longer! Proper peeved I used to love the car.
