Firstly, this is my 4th Nissan car. 2 Nissan Sunny and 2 Qashqai. I've heard a loud voice comes out of the engine in March 2021. Immediately I went to the authorized maintenance center from Nissan, it is "United Group" where I'm accustomed to do maintenance there (for years). I'm very meticulous person and always do the maintenance in its proper timing (every 5,000 KM). The engineer has told me that the engine oil is below the minimum level and this is very dangerous and change the engine oil and send a report to Nissan. Nissan said I have to check the level after 2,000 Km.
From this date (March 2021, while the car is in the warranty period) I have been told to come every 2,000 Km to check the level of the engine oil and sometimes after only 1,600 Km. This is a devastating activity and I'm a very busy person and have a very tight schedule. I HAVE EXPECTED THAT NISSAN WILL FIX THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY AND CHANGE THE ENGINE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY KEPT TO TEMPORIZE AND DELAY UNTIL FINALLY THE WARRANTY HAS ENDED AND SAID WE HAVE TO INTERVENE AND DISASSEMBLE THE ENGINE. I've lost the trust in this company and their act unethically despite it is a huge company makers. I've reported to the consumer protection agency in my country and my car is still there and I don't know what will be done to it?
