Quest 6-cyl

The Nissan Quest van had a structural failure of the crankshaft. I found that Nissan began building motors with 23 mm crankshaft in 1993, but changed to 25 mm crankshaft in 1996 due to the lack of structural integrity of the smaller part. I had to replace the motor at a cost of $3400. I felt that since the original part was defective they should be held responsible for the cost of repairs. I have the defective part.
