Nissan Quest 1.0 I paid, and never reimbursed, for the cleaning of carbons deposit in part of the engine called throttle-body assembly in November 05, 2003. Mileage: 57,934. Ref.: superior court for the state of California for the county of los angeles - robert meyer vs Nissan North America, Inc. Case no. Bc 263136. 2.0 in 2006 my Nissan Quest started having problem to hold the idle speed at 750 RPM and the engine stop every time I am waiting at the traffic light. Mileage: 101,000. 3.0 the Nissan dealer couldn't reset the idle speed and stated that to fix the problem they have to charge me over $2,000 without the guarantee that the problem will be fixed. 4.0 I request that Nissan North America recognizes that this vehicle has a manufacturing problem and fix my vehicle without charge.

Since April 7, 2003, I have taken my car in for a noise in the drive system. It was supposedly fixed at that time however, I have since been back 6 additional times to fix the same problem but they created new problems. I called Nissan consumer they order that the car get a new tune up although I had one in November at no charge to me. I have had my fuel injection work done 3 times since November. The car is starting to act up again with the noise in the drive system and again acting like it wants to shut off. I have had it. Please send guidance as to what I could do to get rid of this lemon.
