Problems with the location of the headlight controls. The headlight controls, located at the end of the turn signal arm, are very easily moved. When the headlights are on they can be inadvertently turned off when using the arm to signal a turn. It's not until the console goes dark that the driver is aware that the lights have been turned off. The consumer has attempted to notify Nissan of the condition and has also notified the dealer.
