While driving consumer noticed that the passenger 's side seat air bag inadvertently deployed. No injuries reported. Consumer took vehicle to dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that air passenger's side bag needed to be replaced.

Whenever an occupant that weighed over 120 pounds was seated in the front passenger's side seat air bag warning light came on, which rendered the air bag inoperative. This only started occurring after the dealership performed airbag sensor recall 04V103000 repairs. The consumer stated that he would like the old sensor back because it was working fine.
