The consumer complained about the wheel covers that pressed against the valve stems. After changing the position of the wheel cover, it turned back to pressing the wheel cover over the valve stem. The consumer wants a letter from the manufacturer indicating that although its not a safety issue, he would like an explanation as to why they appear this way. Provide further details.
