The hatch lift will not close or open with the key or push button; it is an open position. We contact a Nissan dealer and was quote $900 to repair. In 2012 we had to replace the transmission that cost us $2500. The dashboard all the lights have gone out and the cost to replaced that whole is over $600 just for the parts not including labor. When we bought the van we were very happy with it. But in the last 3years it has gone down hill. I car that we bought brand new for over $30,000 should last more than 7 years. I don't know if you can force Nissan to look at all the problems that are in this model. We are planning a new car next year; and I know we will not be purchasing a Nissan.
