I bought my van brand new right off the floor. The first month or two I had it I was having issues with the van not starting but making a long clicking noise. The first time I had that issue was in my parking lot, than I had it again in a parking lot at a store. I took it to the Nissan dealership so they could check it out and the only thing they did was replace the battery.

In 2012 it started to do the same thing where it would not start so I went to a local Advance Auto and they checked the battery and said it was not the battery but said the alternator was not pulling a specific number and that the number was low. I took it back to the Nissan Dealership for them to look at that issue and they told me it was fine. It ran fine for awhile until 2013 when I went to pick my children up from school. I had the van off while watching a movie with my grandbaby and went to start the van and it would not start. I had to have someone jump start me. Another incident I had was at the mall when I had my trunk door open for about 15 minutes and when I went to start the van it would not start. Just last week I had an incident where my daughter played the music when the van was not running for about five minutes and once again it did not start but had to have someone give me a jump.
