My 2009 Rogue is acting up again. I purchase the vehicle in 2012 with approximately 54,000 miles. At approximately 56,000 miles the vehicle had an odd vibration going up small inclines. I took it to the dealer and the mechanic said something underneath was loose. The vibration continued, I called at took it back. The mechanic took it for a ride and said he didn't hear or fell anything. So, I had my husband take it in. He and the mechanic took the car for a ride and low and behold. He felt and heard what I was talking about! Because it was under warranty Nissan replaced the engine. Now at 99,000. It's starting again. With 1000 miles left on my warranty what are the chances of having it fixed!

I have a 2009 Rogue and it jerks when I back up. It happens also when I accelerate from being stopped at a light. It is intermittent. Started happening just last week. I was told it is a common issue with the CVT and was advised that transmission needs to be replaced. OUCH!!!
Tech Notes were: Transmission & Driveline vibrate at low speeds. Sometimes vibrations become extremely violent. Suspect Internal CVT component slippage or damage. Both Front Axles have broken boots with loss of grease. Can the front axle just be replaced or does it have to be the whole transmission?
We just paid this car off. It breaks my heart that at 113K miles, this is happening. I am not in the position to purchase a newer vehicle at this time. I take good care of my car and like this SUV a lot. This car has mostly highway miles and at 113K miles, it is very upsetting.
NISSAN, it is time for you to step up and fix these issues. Your brand used to be one of the best vehicles on the road, what the heck happened You are very disappointing.
