Vancouver, Canada on September 30, 2010 the brakes on my 2010 Nissan Rogue failed to engage at low speed and resulted in an accident. Before the accident, I noticed sporadic brake failure a couple of times. The car was purchased new from the dealer on April 10, 2010.
