all rouges mainly 2011 have defective door latches actuators they are called, there are no after market parts to buy for less money to repair yourself????? only dealer parts avail. these door latches are problems in the cold weather. They don't not work with all wheel drive suvs. Other people have had problems with this nissan door latch. wait till someone falls out of the car on a turn? or someone can car jack you because doors do not latch. hoseltons sold me this rouge new. no more foreign cars for me....Bill Ertle
