The contact owns a 2013 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that the passenger-??s side seat belt signaled that the seat belt was detached despite being correctly attached. The horn also failed intermittently. The contact spoke to the dealer and was informed that the horn and seat belt failure was related to an electrical failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 90,000.
