This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Nissan dealer.
When I turn the streering wheel I hear a noise that sounds like rubber or plastic being rubbed. This has happened since it turned cold but does not go away as the car warms up. I've seen similar complaints online but not a solution.

Waiting for parts. They say it the dust cover over the steering column. Hope they know what they are talking about. Said it was the second one in a week. We will see.
Update from Apr 10, 2015: had to back order a Dust seal that the steering shaft goes through. Parts are here will up date next week after they put it in.

My 2013 Nissan Rogue's steering wheel has started making a noise when turning left or right. It's like the bearings in the steering need grease. It's pretty annoying! It seemed to have started when the weather started turning colder.

It seems frustrating that a car with this low of mileage would have a problem like this. I read where older models (2008, 2209) had technical bulletins identifying this problem, but I see nothing on this model year. I feel that it should be still under warranty based on mileage, and not date purchased.
