The temperature was high 40's low 50's @ around 5 a.m. Despite numerous efforts to shut the AC off I couldn't do it. I even put the temperature Up 90, the AC compressor would not shut off.

My 2014 Nissan Rogue constantly blows cold air. When its 60 degrees outside, and the interior temperature is set to 72 degrees, air conditioning button is not pressed. The Rogue blows cold air, as if the air conditioner is on. If I park the car there is water under the car as if condensation from the air conditioner has dripped. The dealer claims he can not duplicate the issue. With my other complaint that the car blows cold air during heating, I believe that the air conditioner is on constantly. Even though the air conditioning button is not on. But the dealer will not check this. This problem is so serious that I will trade this vehicle ASAP and never purchase another Nissan, and persuade other people from doing so.
