When making OR receiving calls, a crackle or loud hum is all that is heard in the receiver of the other phone. I have received calls from my wife's Rogue and was unable to hear any speech and have called her in the Rogue with a similar result. She is quite irritated by this, because the bluetooth was working before she took it in for service on Friday, June 1.
