The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that the vehicle would lose motive power whenever the fob key was not placed upright and straight in the ignition. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed as having no failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
