My 2014 Nissan Rogue SV has a serious problem. The fuel gauge indicator recedes to halfway only.
Apparently the fuel pumping system had already been replaced on a recall before I bought the car in March 2017.
This fuel gauge did not immediately appear as a problem as I generally filled up with gas when the gauge first indicated half full. However one time I didn't do this and, after a day or two, I ran out of gas on the highway. When I looked at the fuel gauge it still indicated half full. I know of other owners who have experienced the same issue. This should have been remedied on the initial recall!
