I bought Michelin tires (premier ltx- 225/65 R17 102H sl BSW GM) with warranty of 60K miles. I drove 25K miles and it is wore out. I bought the most expensive tires as it is my family car. I complained to Michelin and they don't think it is a safety issue as it is prorated warranty it is not a guarantee. They couldn't answer the question that if I trust that the tires will run around 60K and they need change at around 25 is considered a product failure or not, they mentioned that they will not do anything about it and I have to change the 4 tires. I would like to address it as a safety issue as the tires are not safe as advertised. My complaint number at Michelin is [xxx]. information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
