front door seals on frame keep failing told we are in/out wrong

purchased oct 2014 the seals on frame were replaced early 2015. they failed short time. svc mgr said normal wear and tear will not replace. went to different dealer and svc tech thought knew problem and did repair it failed. Svc told pics and sent them in. Some one decided we did not know how to get in and out of car. We plan to have it fixed when we get ready to trade in, Of course it will not be a Nissan
