Rogue SV 2.5L V4

I went to my local Nissan dealership on June 13th for an oil change. They told me that I needed to have a tire changed because there were several nails in it, I did that (it was covered under an extended warranty). They had to order the tire so I came back 2 days later June 15th. They put the new tire on and rotated my tires. After I left and got up to (60+mph) my car would shake almost uncontrollably. I traveled to the beach the next day (9 hours 1 way). Came back from the beach a week later and took my car back June 26th I believe they couldn't find anything wrong but said one of the tires was out of balance so they fixed it. I left and it still was shaking. I brought it back again the next week and they decided they needed to change the front axle, so they ordered one. I went back yesterday, July 13th. They changed the front axle and it is still shaking. So now they are contacting the engineers at Nissan to try to come up with a solution.

as I am driving at highway speeds, I have this shudder/vibration that feels like a wheel out of balance. Except it moves from the front to the back (feel it through my ass sometimes, or in my feet) if it was a wheel out of balance, it would be constant, being that the car is 2 years old, an out of balance wheel is unlikely.. Except that the tire shop said all 4 wheels are perfectly balanced still, when I had them rotated at the start of winter.
