The vehicle was taken to hatchett Hyundai East (316-977-7800, located at 11200 E central ave, wichita, ks) where it was stated that the warranty expired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 34,000.

The contact could barely see a vehicle length in front of him or any other surrounding vehicles. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to carbone Nissan (4967 commercial dr, yorkville, NY 13495, (315) 624-0402) where the mechanic stated that there was no failure with the headlights and the range of the projection was fine. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 40,954.
