2015 Nissan Rogue-Consumer would like Nissan to replace the faulty transmission for 100% of the cost as is being done with other Nissan owners with the same transmission model even if the consumer is outside of the extended warranty by 8 months but 20,000 miles under the mileage limit that was set by the lawsuit. Notice to submit claim attached.
