The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that the blower motor in the vehicle did not work and she was unable to see through the windshield during cold temperatures. There were no warning indicators illuminated before or after the failure. The vehicle was taken to krenzen Honda Nissan Lincoln (2500 mall dr in duluth, md) where the vehicle was diagnosed, but the diagnosis was undetermined. The vehicle was not repaired.
