Purchased a new 2018 Nissan Rogue along with Nissans Gold extended warranty. Lead to believe the warranty covers almost every problem with vehicle, excluding fair wear and tear items. When seat frame failed, suddenly Nissan refused to warranty it under their own gold warranty plan. After carefully reading original terms of this contract, it was very clear and without any doubt the frame qualified for warranty repair. After pleading my case with Nissan, they denied the claim even though it was VERY clear it does cover mechanical failures!

How can Nissan sell you a warranty promising to cover almost all problems and even clearly stating excluded items ( tires, wiper blades, rattles, and other fair wear item, And then when you need them they, without any reason refuse to fix this problem, although the problem is well documented as a known problem with this car. I wonder what else they won’t cover? They make a written document contract and then violate said contract with no reason why. I believe the state of Texas should direct them to honor the contracts or get out of Texas! This is the definition of fraud! Promise in writing and just refuse to honor that. Nissan has NO honor. Poor business practice! I won’t ever purchase another Nissan product again. Ty
