There is separation gap between the front bumper cover and fenders on both sides of the vehicle. This is not normal since I've previously owned a new Nissan Rogue. Took it to a dealer and they told me this is a known problem that Nissan is not acknowledging and it seems to occur on any 2020 Nissan Rogue and Pathfinder SL Trim package made in the Smyrna, Tennessee factory. It appears to be defective bumper clips but no recall or TSB. The service technician told me "this is just the way it is". I went out to the lot and took a look at the 2020 Rogue SL AWD and sure enough the new ones had the same bumper issue (though not as pronounced as mine) but given a short, it'll be the same as mine.
Has anyone found a Nissan Dealer in the DFW metroplex to acknowledge the issue and fix it???
I will add pictures later if the website allows me to do that.
Update from Sep 3, 2020: Besides the cosmetic issue, I'm concerned; Would the front bumper come off the car at Highway speeds with high wind speed? Texas has toll roads speed limit at 80mph and don't want a deadly surprise. Photos coming soon.
