The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated after shifting into drive and driving at low speeds, the front driver-??s side seat unintendedly reclined backwards. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer three times, where the computer programming was reset. Additionally, the dealer test drove the vehicle for approximately 400 miles but was unable to duplicate the failure. The contact stated that the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 5,288.
