Took car into tire shop to have the rear brakes fixed... 3 times... The first time they were sent core calipers, second time they where sent the wrong calipers, and the third time they just replaced the pads and turned the rotors since they were unable to attain through their normal supply chain.
Upon speaking with the mechanic, the calipers are only available from the dealership at a cost of $1300+ w/o any mark up AND the mechanic is willing to eat the profit to get the work done.
I have actually been having the issue with the EPB malfunctioning multiple times, but now that I am more aware of what is going on, I am documenting it, and also doing manual resets on the EPB as needed (which was today).
