The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Rouge. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the rear windshield exploded. The vehicle was driven to the residence. The vehicle was diagnosed by a Safelite Auto Glass technician, who observed two holes in the windshield where the defroster connections were on the windshield. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 6,800.
