Lifting the wipers to clean under them, causes them to hit the edge of the hood and chop paint. When doing this myself, I watch for it , but gas station attendants will chip the paint. I've never seen a car where the wipers don't stay up when raised to 90 degrees from windshield - another amateur design

I purchased this car in 2016, it's a 2015. I have 20,888 miles on my Rogue. Early this month I noticed the back under the window the paint bubbled and peal off like nail polish right down to the metal! I called Corporate and was told the paint is only under warranty for 3 years!
I had two estimates completed to repaint the rear one was $18,32.00 and the other is $15,83.95. Both places informed me this is a factory default due to the type of layering paint job which causes the paint not to properly adhere to the metal!!
This should be a factory recall!
