THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE. THE INSURANCE DEEMED THE VEHICLE LOSS. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO TOWING LOT. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT DIAGNOSED REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,806. Consumer stated bottom airbag caused injuries to the lower left leg which had to have surgery.
