2000 Nissan Sentra experiencing problems with brake equipment, engine sensors and E.C.M. connector. NHTSA recall campaign 01V357000 concerning crank position sensor. After having the crank position sensor replaced the problem recurred. While driving 40 mph check engine light appeared on the dashboard and remained on. Vehicle was taken back to the dealer, and consumer was informed that the crank position sensor needed to be replaced again. The vehicle circuit cluster failed causing the odometer, fuel gauge and temp gauge to fail. The rotors warped causing pulsation while braking

The consumer received a recall to replace the lining on the computer housing, the manufacturer refused to take responsibility for the damage that was done to the computer due to the overheating.

While driving, consumer experienced a mechanical failure/malfunction, which forced him to cross over 2 lanes to the curb, damaging the passengers side, once the vehicle was towed, it was then determined that the cause of malfunction was a pending recall (01V2770000) in which the consumer was never notified. Dealer replaced crank sensor according to recall.
