Consumer was traveling about 45mph on highway and was involved in a chain reaction with five vehicles, another vehicle hit her from behind and she was fourth car. Driver's side or passenger's side airbags didn't deploy. There were injuries sustained with driver and passenger. Dealership was aware of problem.
