The rear bumper of my own car was fixed the last month because somebody crash it... I bring it back to the body shop repeatedly times with the same problem... so, my claim is, if I hit the bumper with my knee, it create a big space between the rear lights and the bumper... but the dealer said is any problem to get fixed there.

Consumer states while driving rear bumper fell to the ground on one side, and still remaine dattached by plastic mechanism on other side. There was no collision. Dealer has been contacted.
