The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Sentra. The contact stated that she was unable to exit the vehicle from the front driver side door. She was able to open the door from the exterior, but not the interior. The vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop and they were unable to duplicate the failure. The failure recurred intermittently. The vehicle was not taken back to have the failure diagnosed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure and current mileages were 61,000.
