problem #1

Dec 222010

Sentra SE 1.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 57,000 miles

Just bought the car in 8/2010 with 55,000 miles. By December and 57,000 miles I needed a new engine. Car never ran badly. Engine light came on twice and was re set by auto shop. Car then wouldn't start. Auto shop discovered cracked cylinder head. I contacted Nissan and they advised me to get the car towed to a dealer where they charged me 250 for a diagnostic evaluation. They said the damage was caused by the other auto shop and refused to help. Thanks Nissan. You just cost me more money for nothing. I'll never buy another Nissan.
