problem #1

Sentra SE 1.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 111,847 miles

Biggest pain in the ass. The car ran like clockwork, little to no rust, and definitely had life left in it but then starter ended up blowing on me. No-crank;No-start and I troubleshot everything I could to determine it wasn't battery, neutral switch, starter switch in steer coloumn, fuses, etc. I had a parts car but when the car dies on you in -10C weather, there's not much you can do - not to mention the annoying placement of the securing bolt on the starters. Needed a mechanic and I didn't have the money for tows/repair.
