The contact owns a 2007 Nissan Sentra. The contact stated the clutch pedal failed. The vehicle stopped on a hill and would not shift into gear causing the vehicle to roll backwards forcing him to use the emergency brake in order to stop the vehicle. The dealer stated they had to check for fluid leaks on the master and slave cylinders before replacing the manual transmission. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 100,000.
