Problem was steering wheel locked and ignition won't start because electronic steering wheel lock failed. The only way to solve this is replace the failed electronic steering wheel lock. That costed me $1102.64. The annoying part was there's no way I could have avoided this problem so in the future this problem can happen again and no way I can avoid it. Mine is old key start car not even a new one with button start and key-less entry fob.
