Sentra 2.O

  • CVT transmission
  • 59,000 miles

I bought this car new. First of all they had to replace the front shocks, then at 10000 miles I had to replace tires. Dealership told me that it was the alignment so I waited and went through 4 more tires at 10000. I had check into this myself about what was wrong. When I took it down for alignment and they told me that the back axle had to be replace because it could not be adjust. When I took it back to the dealer. they said it was out of warranty so I had to look it up on the internet myself and then print out the blogs of complaints and took them to the dealer. After asking them what they were going to do about it they finally fixed gave me 2 tires. wow!!! After going through 8 tires. Now the rims are rusting and they tell me that I might of sprayed something on it. Come on, get real. I have had lots of cars and this makes very upset in that I have to fight with them all the time. Very poor customer service because Nissan will not do anything. I will never buy one again cause of the problems.

Sentra S 2.0L

  • CVT transmission
  • 85,025 miles

Out of all of the vehicles I have owned in my life, the Sentra 2008 has shown the most terrible finishing on the rims I have ever seen. I bought this car brand new and after a couple of yeas rims got rusted and ugly looking like they have just been pulled out of a junkyard instead of a new car dealer. I feel like I am, cosmetically speaking, paying for a brand new car with ugly looking clunker rims. I don't even bother go Nissan for the issue cause I feel, like it happened to me before, it would be a waste of time. It's sad to know the same company that sold you a vehicle can not stand behind their products once quality issues arises. I guess best thing to do is to repaint those rims by myself, this time using a kind of paint that's not as cheap as Nissan used to do their finish on these rims on the first place.Shame on you Nissan.

Sentra 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 14,000 miles

I noticed in March that the wheels on my 2008 Sentra were rusting. I don't really know when the rusting started. I stopped by the dealership today and had one of the service managers look at it. His response was " that they oxidize and rust over time." I have had numerous cars and my husband has had numerous cars and the wheels have never rusted, even after 10+ years of ownership.

My 2008 Nissan rims have rusted with in a year and a half. They look horrible. My sister has a 2009 Nissan and her muffler is rusting as well. I would like Nissan to replace my rims, and if my muffler starts rusting they should replace it as well. I bought a new car an I expect it to look like one!
