I purchased this 2013 Nissan Sentra on October 8, 2014. My husband recently passed away and I am 75 years old. Two weeks after I purchased, my back brakes would squeak and so I took it in and they put new rotors on. At the same time I mentioned that when I am idling at a light or stop sign, I look to the passenger seat where it looks as though it is having seizures. The passenger seat is shaking so badly, as well as mine, but I'm sitting in it. I explain to them and they told they would lower "something". It didn't help. I took it back again and the Assistant Manager told me they took it for a test drive and didn't detect any shaking. The third time I sat in the service department and told intake person to come around and observe. He kept the car and probably didn't do anything because when I went to pick my car up he told me that this shaking is characteristic of the Nissan Sentra and Altima, and until they get a recall notice, there is nothing they can do.

Am I suppose to accept that? Is the dealership playing the "old widow card" with me? I am a senior, I am not stupid. I need help. I am concerned with my safety when I am driving, that this may be a symptom of something bigger.
